MCCi - Multi Crew Co-Operation Course Instructor

We are now seeking an additional MCCi to join our highly experienced and well established team of MCCi's.

Applicants must have extensive command and training experience within the commercial aviation sector, having obtained a minimum of TRi qualification, although a current TRi rating is not essential. You must be able to communicate with credibility and energy. As an MCCi, you will be part of the team responsible for delivery of both Ground School and Simulator Instructional work with up to a maximum of 6 students per course.

Due to the nature of this course, the ability to adapt your training style to varied skill levels, nationalities and personalities is essential. As the MCC course is an EASA regulated course, instructors must be able to work strictly within the course guidelines and high operating standards of CRM Aviation.

This position will be offered to the successful candidate on a self employed basis with a minimum working requirement of 3/5 days per calendar month.
