We are able to host groups of 2 up to groups of 8. We have a main meeting room capable of hosting 8-10 people with TV and projector facilities. On site we have the ability to provide tea, coffee and water as well as a high level of catering. Catering can range from morning breakfast baps up to full 3 course lunch meals of restaurant standard to a working buffet.

Typical events start at 1000 with a short briefing and hospitality followed by sessions in pairs in the simulator. Live TV pictures and sound are broadcast back to the meeting room for other guests to see and hear.

A small light hearted competition runs throughout the event where we look for the ‘Top Gun’ and ‘Flop Gun’ pilot of the day. An applicable award is then presented!

With a group of 8 guests an event will typically finish at around 1600.

We are able to tailor each event to client needs and are more than happy to adapt to their schedule where required.

Prices for events typically start at £175 + vat per head. For this we include all refreshments, use of the meeting facilities, lunch buffet, a commercial pilot and a host for the day as well as awards.

This is a fun day but also has an underlining purpose of getting people to work together on the flight deck to achieve a common result.

This event/experience is ideally pitched at small management teams that need to work effectively as a unit.
