- Holds - adjusting for winds - simplifyed
- Flying a stabilised approach
- Review of missed approach procedures
- General common IFR errors, level busts and how to avoid them
3 Hours simulator time covering;
- Practice of basic scan and scan prioritisation
- In-flight application of approach plate reading
- Practical in-flight application of cockpit management/CRM
- Hold and hold entries - practice various entry scenarios and practical application of the 'stabilised approach'
- Go-arounds and missed approaches - practical application of the IFR to VFR transition
- Asymmetric hold and approaches for ME pilots
The IR Rust Remover Course is for two students and tailored to their specific needs.
Starting at 0830 and finishing at 1800 courses are run on weekends and selected weekdays.
